Our own factory - "Not a shitty place"

Marian founded Evolution in Saigon, Vietnam back in 2009 and has since strived to create a work environment and atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and recognized. See for yourself...

"Not a shitty place"

This is a quote from Rachel, a former employee and now CSR Manager at Ganni. She used it to describe our factory in contrast to the majority of fashion production sites.

Our factory and offices are open and bright. We use a lot of glass to foster the idea of transparency and teamwork. In our meeting rooms we bring the team together to exchange ideas, resolve, discuss, and aim to find common ground.

On our balcony, you are surrounded by nature. We grow herbs, pepper, passion fruit, and the Vietnamese citrus fruit kumquat to enhance our lunch breaks.

We celebrate traditions

The graffiti mural at the factory entrance is a collage of things we value and care about. We respect and celebrate culture and traditions. At least once every year, a Feng Shui Master visits our factory to ensure the alignment of ghosts and star constellations is in our favor.

Open Factory

Our factory in Saigon opens its doors regularly. Whether for students from all over the world, Fashion Revolution, Fair Wear Foundation, the local community, journalists, artists, or customers who happen to be in Vietnam for vacation, the feedback is always the same—confirming that we have managed to create something special here.
