Choosing the right size depends on the material composition and personal wearing preference. For materials that contain stretch, you can probably go for the smaller size. For jeans without stretch, which are made of 100% cotton, for example, the choice of the larger size is probably the right one. If you are unsure, write us a message at any time at hello@dawndenim.com. We'd be happy to help you choose the right size!

Delivery
We currently deliver to the EU, Norway, Great Britain and Switzerland.
Every package we send out comes with a cost – not only for shipping, but also for our logistics partner who packs your order. We want to share the shipping costs fairly and bear them together: you pay one part, we pay the other part. Here you can see our current shipping costs per country.
We do not cover costs for taxes, duties, or customs. That's why we sell our products to third-party countries (outside the EU) without VAT. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon receiving the package in the destination country.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not payable to us but to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
Once your order has been placed and you’ve received a confirmation email, unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes – neither to the delivery address nor to the items ordered.
We ship your order as quickly as possible, which means the fulfillment process can no longer be altered afterwards. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within Germany can reach you in 1-3 working days. Parcels shipped within Europe need 2-5 working days. For Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway your parcel will need will 3-7 working days.
We ship with DHL in Germany and the EU, with DPD in Switzerland and with FedEx to Norway and Great Britain.
Yes, absolutely! We ship across Germany with DHL, so you can easily have your order delivered to a Packstation.

Exchange and Return
If your order doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can easily return it to us using the return label included in your package.
Please fill in the return form, attach the return label visibly to the box, and drop it off at any DHL shop of your choice.
If no label was included, please write to us at hello@dawndenim.com including your order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a label by E-Mail as soon as possible.
For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for the return costs. Please send your parcel within 14 days of receipt to:

We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking to ensure that it arrives safely with us.
For customers from theUnited Kingdom:Please make sure to use the right Customs declaration of contents and mark the parcel as a return.

In order to make the shipping and customs clearance of your return as easy as possible for all parties, we work together with. Please send your return to the following address in Switzerland:

Afterwards MeinEinkauf.ch will send the return to Germany, to our warehouse. The remaining amount of 14.95€ (for the return shipment to our warehouse in Germany and the handling fee) will be deducted from your refund. Quite easy!
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to process item exchanges. If you need a different size or want to try a new item, simply return your order and place another order for a new size or a different item. If you are unsure, you can send us a message at hello@dawndenim.com at any time. We will be happy to help you!
Once your return has arrived at our logistics partner, it usually takes up to 14 days for your refund – including shipping costs – to be processed and transferred to your original payment method.
You can also return this order the normal way. It is important that you also register the return in your Klarna customer account so that Klarna extends or interrupts the payment deadline for the invoice and no reminder fees are incurrent.
Please note that your tip is declared as a gift and will therefore not be refunded in the event of a return. However, it remains a valuable contribution to supporting the people who make your clothes. Thank you for your support!
