To avoid overproduction most of our models are made in limited editions. It is therefore possible that your favorite model will not be available again. But we gladly recommend you a similar model. Just write a message to email@example.com and we are happy to help you find your DAWN.
Retail needs to stay alive! And we are represented with our products in numerous retail stores. Using our “store finder”, you surely find a store near you that sells parts of our range.

To choose the right size, it depends on the material composition and personal wearing preference. For materials that contain stretch, you should consider the smaller size. For models without stretch, such as 100% cotton, it might be right to take the larger one.
Currently we deliver to the following countries: Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Italia, Spain.
As long as your order has not been processed by our logistics center we are still able to change your order and/or the order information. Send an email with the relevant information to email@example.com and we will do our best to process your changed order on time.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation by email, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your order.
It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within Germany can reach you in 2-3 working days. Parcels shipped within Europe and Switzerland will need 5-7 working days.
We send our packages with DHL. Within Germany, DHL and DPL can be used for returns.
Exchange and return
If you want to return your order, the purchase amount will be refunded to you after checking the goods using the same payment method that you selected when you placed your order. It can take 2-3 working days to process the return in our logistic center. Then it depends on the payment provider how long it will take until you receive the refund.
If you had an order delivered to an address outside of Germany and want to return it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label by email as quick as possible.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible for us to process an exchange of articles. If you need a different size or want to try a new item, you simply return your ordered goods and place a new order for a new size or article. You can register your return via our portal for returns and create a free shipping label Germany.
Our portal gives only suggestions of drop off stations. You can choose to drop off your return at a location of your choice.
You can return two orders in one return package. The registration of the return via our portal will only use one of the order numbers. Please make sure that both return notes are included in the return package so that we can easily assign the returned items and process the returns. An additional note or information helps us to facilitate further processing so that the refund to you is not unnecessarily delayed.
You can also proceed this return via our return portal and create a return label. It is important that you register the return in your Klarna customer account as well so that Klarna extends or pauses the payment term of the invoice and no dunning fees arise.
