General
Choosing the right size depends on the material composition and personal wearing preference. For materials that contain stretch, you can probably go for the smaller size. For jeans without stretch, which are made of 100% cotton, for example, the choice of the larger size is probably the right one. If you are unsure, write us a message at any time at hello@dawndenim.com. We'd be happy to help you choose the right size!
On the product pages, just above the size selection, and the footer you can find a link to our size chart that will help you determine your size.
Our collection items are produced in limited editions to avoid overproduction. It may therefore be that your favourite model is no longer available. However, we will be happy to help you find a similar model - just send us a message to hello@dawndenim.com.
For all other items, you can sign up for a notification on the product page. You will then be informed automatically as soon as the item is available again!
Retail needs to stay alive! We are represented with our products in numerous retail stores. Using our store finder, you can surely find a store near you that sells parts of our range.

Delivery
Currently we deliver within the EU and Switzerland.
Every package we send out comes with a cost – not only for shipping, but also for our logistics partner who packs your order. We want to share the shipping costs fairly and bear them together: you pay one part, we pay the other part. Here you can see our current shipping costs per country.
We do not cover the cost of taxes, duties, or customs. This is the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, you may be charged taxes and customs fees for deliveries to Switzerland. Also, prices may vary within the EU, as we are obliged to charge you the VAT of the country to which the package is delivered.
As long as your order has not been processed by our logistics center we are still able to change your order and/or the order information. Send an email with the relevant information to hello@dawndenim.com and we will do our best to process your changed order on time.If you have already received a shipping confirmation by email, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your order.
It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within Germany can reach you in 1-3 working days. Parcels shipped within Europe and Switzerland will need 2-7 working days.
We send our packages with DHL within Germany and EU and with DPD in Switzerland.
Exchange and Return
If your order does not fit or you do not like it, you can easily return it with the return label that you will find in your shipping box. please fill out the return form, stick the return label clearly visible on the box and send it back to us in a DHL store or post office of your choice. If no label is enclosed, please write to us at hello@dawndenim.com stating the order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return. We will send you a label by e-mail as soon as possible.
In order to make the shipping and customs clearance of your return as easy as possible for all parties, we work together with MeinEinkauf.ch. Please send your return to the following address in Switzerland:

Afterwards MeinEinkauf.ch will send the return to Germany, to our warehouse. The remaining amount of 14.95€ (for the return shipment to our warehouse in Germany and the handling fee) will be deducted from your refund. Quite easy!
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to process item exchanges. If you need a different size or want to try a new item, simply return your order and place another order for a new size or a different item. If you are unsure, you can send us a message at hello@dawndenim.com at any time. We will be happy to help you!
If you want to return your order, the full purchase amount will be refunded to you after checking the goods using the same payment method that you selected when you placed your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the shipping costs, as the costs for packaging and shipping also apply if you want to return your order.
It can take 2-3 working days to process the return in our logistic center. Then it depends on the payment provider how long it will take until you receive the refund.
You can also return this return in the normal way. It is important that you also register the return in your Klarna customer account so that Klarna extends or interrupts the payment deadline for the invoice and no reminder fees are incurred.
Please note that your tip is declared as a gift and will therefore not be refunded in the event of a return. However, it remains a valuable contribution to supporting the people who make your clothes. Thank you for your support!
