Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing items via the DAWN online store, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. To make it easier for you to exercise this right, a return form is enclosed with a shipment. You can use the return service free of charge. Please affix the DHL sticker to your package so that it is clearly visible and hand it in at any DHL store or post office. If no return form was enclosed with your shipment or if you do not have a printer available to print out the return sticker, please contact our Customer Service (see also § 8, hello@dawndenim.com).

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days and begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, has received the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DAWN GmbH, Hasenheide 54, 10967 Berlin, hello@dawndenim.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you can use the model cancellation form printed at the end of this cancellation policy. However, this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of revocation by using the contact form on our website (www.dawndenim.com/kontaktformular) and submitting the completed model revocation form or another clear declaration.

You may also withdraw from this contract electronically using our withdrawal function on our website (www.dawndenim.com/widerruf). You can find the link at any time in the footer of our website.

If you exercise your right of revocation, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the revocation immediately after receipt (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send your declaration of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us (DAWN GmbH, Hasenheide 54, 10967 Berlin) without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. We will bear the cost of returning the goods if we have shipped the goods to Germany. If we have shipped the goods abroad, you shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
