Returns Policy
Before sending back your parcel, please take a moment to review our return conditions. This will help ensure your refund is processed smoothly and without delay.
We accept returns if:
- items are unworn and unwashed
- original tags and labels are still attached
- the return is made within the return window
We cannot accept returns if:
- items have been worn or washed
- tags or labels have been removed
- the item is damaged or visibly altered
Please note that items may only be tried on – just as you would in a store. The original tags must remain attached to the product and be returned undamaged.
In case of diminished value due to extended use, we reserve the right to charge a compensation.
You can return your order to our logistics partner MOODJA free of charge within 14 days of receipt. To do this, use the returns label enclosed in your dispatch box. If no label is available, please contact us at hello@dawndenim.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will immediately send you a new label by e-mail.
For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for the return costs. Please send your parcel within 14 days of receipt to:

We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking to ensure that it arrives safely with us.
For customers from the United Kingdom: Please make sure to use the right Customs declaration of contents and mark the parcel as a return.

In order to make the shipping and customs clearance of your return as easy as possible for all parties, we work together with MeinEinkauf.ch. Please send your return to the following address in Switzerland:

Afterwards MeinEinkauf.ch will send the return to Germany, to our warehouse. The remaining amount of 15 CHF (for the return shipment to our warehouse in Germany and the handling fee) will be deducted from your refund. Quite easy!
We put great care into the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is made with the highest standards in our own factory in Saigon, Vietnam – because we want you to enjoy your DAWN item for a long time.
If something isn’t right, we’re happy to support you with your claim.

Before sending a claimed item back, please email us at hello@dawndenim.com. This allows us to review the case properly and help you find the best solution.
To assist you efficiently, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo clearly showing the defect or damage
Please wait for our reply before returning the item.
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
