You can easily return your order to our online logistics provider MOODJA within 14 days of receipt. Returns within the EU and Switzerland are free of charge.

After your return has been checked, you will receive your credit shortly (within 14 days at the latest). A corresponding update comes automatically by e-mail from our system.

Please note that the delivered items may only be used for the purpose of testing (e.g. as is usual in a retail store for fitting) and the original label must also be sent back.

If the goods deteriorate due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

If your order doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can simply send it back using the returns label that you will find in your shipping box. If no label is enclosed, please write to us at hello@dawndenim.com stating the order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send you a label by e-mail as soon as possible.

Please fill out the returns form, stick the returns label clearly visible on the box and send it back to us at a DHL store of your choice.
