Delivery and Shipping Policies

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Average transit times are listed below. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We will pass your phone number and email address to our delivery partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

For deliveries within the EU:

Prices within the EU may vary, as we are required to charge the VAT rate of the country to which your order is being delivered.

For deliveries to Switzerland (CH):

Our prices include Swiss VAT and customs duties. You will not incur any additional costs upon delivery.

For deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries):

We do not cover any costs for taxes, duties, or customs fees. Therefore, we sell our products to non-EU countries excluding VAT. These additional costs are your responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the package in the destination country.

If your order is shipped to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not paid to us, but directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.

Returns from non-EU countries:

If you wish to return an item from a non-EU country, please ensure the package is sufficiently prepaid and clearly marked as a return in accordance with your country’s customs regulations. Please note that we cannot reimburse any taxes or customs duties paid. If the return is not properly declared, the package may be returned to you.
