General information
- we deliver inside the EU, to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days
- We ship our packages with DHL Go Green
- Your phone number and email will be transmitted to the delivery service partner to possibly arrange a delivery time

Receive return label
You will receive an email with a printable DHL label and QR code to show.
Drop off your parcel
Take your package to a DHL drop-off point of your choice.
Receive your refund
We process your return and issue your refund within 14 days.
Returns
Before you register your package at our returns portal, please read our return conditions. This ensures that your return can be processed quickly and smoothly.
We accept returns if:
- the items are unworn and unwashed
- the original labels are still attached
- the return is made within 14 days of receiving the goods
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:
- the items have been worn or washed
- Labels or tags were removed
- the item was damaged or visibly altered
Please note that delivered items may only be used for fitting purposes – just as you would in a store. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the value.
You can register your return within 14 days after receiving your order via our return portal.
Simply enter your order number and your ZIP code or your email address there, depending on what you is available to you. Additionally, you select the returned item and the reason for the return.
Important: For orders via marketplaces or external shops, we do not have an email address on file. Please use your ZIP code in this case.
Afterward, you will receive a DHL label with a QR code via email. You can print the label or simply show the QR code at the DHL parcel shop – they will print the label for you there.

For returns outside the EU, please register your return in our returns portal.
Here you need to provide your order number, ZIP code or email, the product, and the reason for the return.

For returns from Switzerland, we work with our partner Meineinkauf.ch. First, please register your return in our returns portal. Here you need to provide your order number, ZIP code or email address, the product and the reason for the return.
Important: For orders via marketplaces or external shops, we do not have an email address on file. Please use your ZIP code in this case.
Subsequently, you send your return to the following delivery address of Meineinkauf.ch:

After your return has arrived and been inspected by our logistics partner, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 14 days.
Please note: Shipping costs are only refunded for orders that have been returned entirely. Should this be the case for you and you still did not get your shipping cost refund, please contact us under hello@dawndenim.com.
Quality is our top priority. Our products are manufactured with great care in our own factory in Saigon, so that you get to enjoy your product for a long time. Should a defect occur, however, we will of course be happy to assist you.
Please note: These type of inquiries happen over our email hello@dawndenim.com. Only in this way can we individually review your case and find the best solution together.
For a review, we need the following information:
- Your order number
- Model name
- Color
- Size
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo showing the defect or damage
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your order regularly after you have registered it in our returns portal. Then you can place a new order.

Taxes and customs
The prices for your products may vary within the EU, as we are required to calculate the VAT of the respective country to which your package is delivered.
We do not cover any costs for taxes, duties, or tariffs. For this reason, we sell our products in these countries without VAT. The additional costs are your responsibility and must be paid to the relevant authorities upon delivery in the destination country.
If your order is delivered to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply. These should not be paid to us, but to the customs or tax authorities of the respective country. We recommend that you inform yourself at the relevant authorities before placing your order.
Our prices include Swiss VAT and customs duties. There are no additional costs for you upon delivery.
