Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing items via the DAWN online store, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. To make exercising this right easier, all returns must be registered via our Return Portal.

After registering your return, you will receive a DHL return label to print, or a QR code that you can present directly at any DHL parcel shop. Returns that have not been registered through the portal cannot be processed.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods – or, in the case of partial deliveries, the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DAWN GmbH, Hasenheide 54, 10967 Berlin, hello@dawndenim.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the contact form on our website (www.dawndenim.com/kontaktformular) and submitting your statement electronically.

You may also withdraw from this contract electronically using our withdrawal function on our website (www.dawndenim.com/widerruf).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt immediately (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We cover the cost of returning the goods.

Please register your return via our Return Portal to receive the required return label or QR code.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
