right of withdrawal
When purchasing items via the DAWN online shop, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. To make it easier for you to exercise this right, a DHL return sticker and a return form are included with a shipment within Germany. You can use the returns service from Germany free of charge. For your return from abroad, we ask you to use the link that you received by e-mail after your order confirmation. You can use the link to print out your DHL sticker yourself. Please stick the DHL sticker on your package where it is clearly visible and hand it in at any DHL shop or post office. You bear the costs for returning the goods from abroad. If your shipment did not include a returns form or a returns sticker, or if you do not have a printer to print out the returns sticker, please contact our customer service (see also Section 8, hello@dawndenim.com, +49 (0) 221 – 778 70 754).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days and begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier of the goods received the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (DAWN GmbH, Alexandrinenstr. 4, 10969 Berlin, +49 (0) 221 77870754, hello@dawndenim.com) a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) about their decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample cancellation form printed at the end of this cancellation policy. However, this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the contact form on our website (www.dawndenim.com/kontaktformular) and submitting the completed model withdrawal form or another clear statement.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of this receipt (e.g. by e-mail) immediately after receipt of the withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us (DAWN GmbH, Alexandrinenstraße 4, 10969 Berlin) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods if we have sent the goods to Germany. If we have delivered the goods abroad, you bear the costs for returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
